Soft Animal Wisdom is a blog aimed at exploring what the “soft animal” in all of us wants us to know, part of that being working to cultivate the idea of sitting with ambiguity in the areas of creativity, spirituality, philosophy and feminism. I am intrigued by how we might learn to be robustly healthy psychologically, spiritually and socially.
I am a therapist, writer, artist, friend and wife. I am drawn to insight psychology, Jungian Psychology, trauma therapy and existential thought. I recently opened a private practice in the Lakeview neighborhood in Chicago, check out the website here.
Posts are likely to pop up approximately once a month, so feel free to check back for new ideas from time to time.

Hooray for a beautiful creation!! I can’t wait to journey with you through your blog. xoxo
Beautiful blog. I found myself slowing down, settling deep, and missing the part of myself that used to do this kind of thinking and writing a whole lot more than I do now. Thanks for the invitation.
